Mars Special

About the show

In this special evening, five guests discussed anomalies and possible ancient artifacts on Mars. In the first hour, author and secret space program researcher, Mike Bara, offered commentary on a mysterious light seen on Mars in two different NASA photographs. NASA has come up with a number of conventional explanations such as lens flare, shiny rock, cosmic ray, and a dust devil in the distance reflecting the sunlight. None of these explanations fit exactly, Bara suggested, as the light anomaly was caught on different days. The photographic evidence suggests to him that we are seeing a reflection off of some type of vertical metallic cylinder. He also theorized that Mars was at one time a moon of a larger planet that was destroyed.

Next up, plasma physicist John Brandenburg argued that Mars may have been the victim of a massive nuclear explosion, possibly during warfare. The pattern of nuclear isotopes from Mars' atmosphere, particularly xenon, is similar to the pattern seen as the result of nuclear testing on Earth, he noted. In the distant past, Mars appeared to be a life-supporting planet with an ocean, and a greenhouse effect that kept temperatures warm-- it's red in color because it once had an oxygen-rich atmosphere, he remarked. Brandenburg estimates that Mars' catastrophic event happened around 500 million years ago, and this might have coincided with the Cambrian explosion on Earth. The rapid appearance of life forms on our planet could have been kick started by debris and fragments falling from Mars, he postulated.

Third hour guests, founding investigator of The Cydonia Institute, George Haas, and Mars researcher J.P. Levasseur discussed the Nefertiti Face on Mars, a human-shaped image captured in NASA photographs. The design, featuring what appears to be a headdress, a face in profile, with a detailed eye, and neck, is etched into the relief of the surface, in a section of Mars called Phoenicis Lacus, and is about a kilometer across, they detailed. Artifacts such as the 'Nefertiti' face suggest an Earth-Mars connection, and Levasseur said he'd like to see NASA further investigate. More photos here.

In the last hour, exopolitics pioneer Michael Salla commented on a photo of Gale Crater on Mars which may show some sort of buildings. The structures are at the high point of the crater-- strategic positioning for an outlook, and appear to be artificial compared to the surrounding terrain, he stated. Salla also revealed details of his conversation with a whistleblower named "Captain Kaye" who claims to be a member of a covert military operation, in which he spent 17 years on Mars, protecting five colonies with some 1,000 personnel. According to Kaye, there are two indigenous life forms-- one reptilian, one insectoid, and they are ferocious in defending their territories.
