Members of an Argentine police department were left scratching their heads after noticing that a photo from a traffic stop seemingly showed a ghost standing in the middle of the road. According to a local media report, the eerie picture (seen below) was snapped last Friday evening by an officer documenting what had been a routine checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Gaiman. When the cop later showed his colleagues the image, they were astounded to see what appeared to be a figure resembling a woman cast in a spooky glow by the headlines of the truck that the police had stopped.
Chillingly, the officer who took the photo insists that he saw no one in the road when he took the picture. The spooky picture subsequently wound up being posted to Argentine social media with many speculating that the cop had inadvertently captured a spirit watching over the traffic stop. That said, more skeptical observers have argued that the 'ghost' was merely a trick of light and shadow rather than something supernatural. What do you make of the peculiar photo?
