A South Carolina man and his two siblings say that they saw a curious creature on the side of the road during a drive home and they are convinced that the oddity was Bigfoot. The remarkable multiple-witness case reportedly occurred earlier this month as Bob Frady was leaving Hunting Island State Park along with his brother and sister. As they turned a corner, he recounted to the Bigfoot Field Research Organization (BFRO), "we all spotted a creature walking quickly on the left side of the road approximately 15 to 20 feet in front of our car." No sooner had they noticed the mysterious beast, Frady says, the suspected Bigfoot disappeared into the thick forest nearby.
His brother, who was driving the vehicle, slammed on the brakes and the three siblings confirmed with each other that they had just seen something truly out of the ordinary. According to Frady, they all described the same thing as "we all saw the creature very clearly as it was walking directly in front of our car." The witnesses were only able to glimpse the lower half of the animal as it's upper torso and head were concealed " behind a pine tree and a palmetto stump." That said, they described the creature as being bipedal, approximately five to six feet tall, and sporting 'dark brown, splotchy black hair that was approximately 2 inches long."
Despite having vacationed in the area their entire lives and encountering all manner of wildlife, Frady marveled that "we have never witnessed anything like this in the past" and that the three siblings were "all in a state of amazement as to what occurred as it happened so quickly." In recalling the incident in an interview with the BFRO's Matt Moneymaker, the witness recalled that "it took us a while to process" and that "the only thing that came to my mind" was that "it had to be a Sasquatch." Frady indicated that the siblings dutifully reported their sighting to a park ranger, who promised to investigate the situation. With that in mind, what do you think the family saw along the side of the road that day? Weigh in with your thoughts at the C2C Facebook page.
