This past year saw no shortage of compelling UFO cases from around the world. Whether it was a wondrous incident reported by workers at Colorado's Red Rocks concert venue or an odd object that appeared over Texas during the total solar eclipse as well as an array of flying saucers, puzzling lights, and bizarre-shaped aerial anomalies, 2024 was replete with curious cases of UFOs spotted in the sky and, more often than not, filmed or photographed by bewildered witnesses. While the year concludes with us still pondering the nature of the enigmatic phenomenon, it certainly did not fail to present itself over the past twelve months. With that in mind, here are C2C's strangest UFO sightings of 2024:
- Perhaps the most fantastic footage from 2024 came by way of a woman who captured a remarkably clear video of a cylindrical object that she filmed while flying out of New York City's Laguardia Airport. Some honorable mentions among this past year's cases were a similarly compelling sightings from Brazil and two tantalizing flying saucer photos from China and Argentina.
- A Turkish shepherd could not believe his eyes when he noticed what appeared to be a flying humanoid in the sky over a field where his sheep were grazing. Fortunately for him, the incident did not turn into an animal mutilation case.
- Among the more bizarre UFO reports from 2024 occurred in upstate New York where a young girl claimed to witness a pair of women being taken aboard a cube-shaped craft.
- Some Ukrainian soldiers were left scratching their heads when their reconnaissance drone caught sight of a peculiar flying saucer that simply hovered on the horizon before taking off at a remarkable speed.
- In a testament to how UFOs can take on all manner of appearances, a witness in Prague filmed a cube-shaped object that appeared in the sky for several seconds before suddenly vanishing. Meanwhile, an individual in Mexico photographed a T-shaped aerial oddity and a Texas resident captured crisp footage of a craft resembling a boomerang.
- A Fresno, California resident raised eyebrows when they filmed a truly bizarre alien-looking aerial anomaly that some likened to the insect-like creatures from the films Arrival and War of the Worlds.
- One of the more astounding videos to cross our desk in 2024 emerged out of Iran, where an incredible illuminated flying saucer was filmed cruising over a city.
- Workers breaking down concert equipment at Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre were stopped in their tracks when a dark disc-shaped object suddenly appeared in the sky.
- Causing something of a sensation on social media in China, a remarkable piece of footage showed a veritable swarm of small UFOs that were said to have stretched a staggering 1,600 feet across the sky.
- A Boeing 747 pilot with a popular YouTube channel turned heads when he shared a video of mysterious UFOs that appeared outside his aircraft during a flight to Nigeria.
- The site of several remarkable UFO reports this past year, one particularly interesting Mexican case saw a curious conical object filmed drifting through the sky over a community.
- While looking up at the sky during April's total solar eclipse, observers in Texas were stunned to see something even more spectacular: a cylindrical UFO that appeared flying amongst the clouds.
