Guest Flees Haunted Malaysian Hotel After 20 Minutes Due to Paranormal Activity

A man intending to stay at a notoriously haunted hotel in Malaysia wound up cutting his visit short after a mere twenty minutes due to unsettling paranormal activity in his room. According to a local media report, the chilling incident occurred last week in the village of Bukit Merah. Upon entering his room at the purportedly haunted hotel, the unnamed traveler was immediately taken aback when the door mysteriously shut behind him and the toilet suddenly flushed. "I checked to see if anyone was there but no one was there," the man later recalled, explaining that the situation was so unnerving that he actually began praying.

In a sign of the times, the traveler subsequently started recording the scene with his cell phone, which seemingly caused the spirits in the room to cease their activity. However, the man ultimately decided that he would rather stay somewhere else as, oddly enough, he was the only person booked at the hotel that evening and, as such, he feared that he might received the ghosts' undivided attention. Upon exiting the room and entering the elevator, the traveler claims that he saw an apparition pass down the hall right before the doors closed, which undoubtedly left him feeling that he made the right decision. Recounting the experience in a video which has since gone viral on social media in Malaysia, the man marveled that "not even within 30 minutes and I was disturbed."
