In Coast You Missed It 1/14/22

Alien moon bases, high strangeness in Kentucky, and the End Times were among the fascinating realms explored this past week on Coast to Coast AM. And, here at the C2C website, we told you about a murderous clown spotted on Google Maps, a call to close the "Gates of Hell," and the 2022 forecast from none other than Mexico's Grand Warlock. Check out our round-up of highlights from the past week ... In Coast You Missed It.

Given the unfathomable and tumultuous nature of the last few years, some people have understandably begun to wonder if we are entering into the End Times. Bible scholar Scott Mitchell explored this worrisome possibility on Thursday night's program, arguing that the pandemic and subsequent economic fallout are elements that could eventually lead to a one-world government. Spearheading this change, he lamented, is a group that he described as the 'Satanic Global Elite' who wish to eventually turn the human race into technological hybrids by way of genetics and artificial intelligence. This confluence of events, Mitchell posited, would likely constitute the End Times as it is being directed by Lucifer himself.

As they tend to be this time of year, psychics of all stripes were in the news this past week by way of a trio of decidedly different stories. First, in England, a woman who lost an amazing 230 pounds credited the change to an unsettling visit to a fortune teller who claimed to be unable to see her future. Then, in Mexico, the country's 'Grand Warlock' issued his 2022 forecast, which was more of a mix of political musings and warnings about climate change than a list of specific predictions. Finally, a New York City man made news when he filed a lawsuit against his former 'spiritual advisor' after the self-proclaimed faith healer allegedly swindled him out of more than a million dollars.

Could there be extraterrestrial bases secretly hidden on various celestial bodies throughout our galaxy? On Wednesday night's program, Dr. Michael Salla detailed his research into this tantalizing scenario which he claimed is not a theory, but a reality. According to his sources, the Apollo mission had been a cover for a clandestine project aimed a building a military outpost on the moon, but the United States was forced to abandon that plan when they encountered aliens that were already using the location for their own bases. During his appearance, Salla also revealed how Jupiter's moon Ganymede is a veritable hub for ETs and has been visited by American officials ahead of our eventual colonization of space.

This past week saw a pair of very peculiar photos pop up in the news and leave observers scratching their heads. First, a Google Maps street view image from Montreal showed what appeared to be a knife-wielding clown lurking in a doorway. Fortunately, after the picture went viral, it was determined that the haunting harlequin was merely a Halloween decoration. Later in the week, an anomaly hunter studying Google Earth images of Antarctica stumbled upon a curious shape that bears a striking resemblance to the face of Jesus! Is the oddity a trick of light and shadow or evidence that an ancient and advanced civilization once resided on the frozen continent? We'll let you decide.

Kentucky's rich history of high strangeness took center stage on Sunday night's program as researcher Steve E. Asher shared weird and mysterious tales from the Bluegrass State. Theorizing that the commonwealth's preponderance of unusual events may be due to the various groups of people who settled there over time, he recounted several different cases of paranormal activity from the state's past, including encounters with bizarre "frogmen" creatures that spoke in hisses and clicks as well as a town that claims that the Devil visits their community once a year. Asher also recalled accounts of angel visitations prior to the arrival of tornadoes and an array of other intriguing incidents.

A fiery crater that has been burning for decades in Turkmenistan may soon be extinguished if the country's president has his way. Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov announced this past week that he was ordering officials to find a way to put out the inferno at the literal hot spot which has become a popular tourist destination known as the "Gates of Hell." The origins of both the crater and the inferno within it are something of a mystery to experts and, it would seem, so too is how to put out the fire as this is actually the second time that Turkmenistan's president has issued the decree. Berdymukhamedov's 2010 order proved to be futile, however, so there's a chance that the "Gates of Hell" may remain ablaze long into the future.
