Odd Snow Formations Found in Argentina

By Tim Binnall

A young man in Argentina stumbled upon a pair of strange formations in the snow that some have suggested could actually be UFO landing sites. The puzzling patches of exposed ground were found by a bewildered individual identified as only 'Rodrigo' by an Argentine media outlet. The discovery came as he was riding his motorcycle along the highway in a location that sees little traffic during this time of year.

The two odd formations were distinctly different, with one being shaped like a star and the other appearing to be circular in nature. According to Rodrigo, the anomalies were striking because of their "size and perfection" and marveled that "I've never seen anything like it." He subsequently returned home to tell his family about the discovery and they, thankfully, ventured back out to the site to document the designs.

When investigating the location further, Rodrigo noticed something particularly intriguing. "I was surprised that there are no human footprints nearby," he said, "it is a place where there is not much circulation." The lack of clear evidence that the formations were made by people and the resemblance to what one might see in a crop circle led the admitted UFO believer to muse that "maybe it was them."

Although Rodrigo and other UFO enthusiasts may suspect that the perplexing patterns could have been created by ET craft, skeptics will likely argue that the formations are natural in some way. Before one scoffs at such a possibility, we're reminded of a bizarre line which formed across a lake in Iceland last year that baffled locals but was later revealed to be a phenomenon known as 'finger rafting.'

Nonetheless, until a meteorologist or environmental expert can come forward with an explanation for the formations, we're left to wonder what may have created them. With that in mind, share your theory with us at the Coast to Coast AM Facebook page.
