Two separate pilots flying over Ireland earlier this week spotted a puzzling UFO that left them scratching their heads and joking about the weird sighting. Aviation journalist Shaun Dunne reportedly picked up on the odd incident while listening to air traffic control radio conversations early Wednesday morning. The exchange began with a bewildered pilot headed in a northwest direction over Ireland contacting the controller about having just seen a bright object that "was there, then it went." The witness went on to observe that the curious illumination "was almost like it was staying still, then it went really quickly."
His report was seemingly confirmed by a second pilot who joined the conversation with his account of seeing something similarly strange. "I've never seen something amazing like that before," the second witness marveled. His astonished declaration drew an amusing response from the pilot who initially saw the UFO and joked that "you obviously haven't seen my landings." The aircraft subsequently continued on their way without any further mention of the odd incident, leaving one to wonder what exactly they had just observed.
