An odd pair of photos circulating online show what appears to be a large bipedal creature lurking in a from Washington state forest and some suspect that mysterious figure could be Sasquatch. The curious images (which can be seen below) were reportedly posted to a Facebook group devoted to showcasing trail camera pictures from around the state. Although they were initially revealed back in October, the photos strangely resurfaced on social media this past week. The individual who originally shared the photos explained at the time that "I just checked my camera that is deep in the woods behind Mount Si in the Snoqualmie Valley...either there is a Sasquatch in the area or I'm being expertly pranked."
The first of the two images shows a hairy bipedal figure emerging on the left hand side of the picture, while, in the second photo, the interloper has moved closer to the center and stands next to a tree. Sadly, due to the angle of the sun when the photos were taken, the anomalous being is largely silhouetted, however its hirsute nature as well as the remote location where the images were allegedly taken has led many observers, including the person who procured the pictures, to theorize that the entity is the legendary Bigfoot.
However, not everyone is convinced that the photos show Sasquatch, with more skeptically minded individuals suggesting that the figure could simply be a human walking through the forest. Others have suggested that, rather than being the victim of a prank, the person who shared the pictures on Facebook could be the one who is trying to pull off a hoax. To that end, when the images first appeared online months ago, one skeptical individual adjusted the contrast of the photos, which seemed to reveal that the 'creature' appears to be a person in a costume.
