Jen Kruse, founder of She-Squatchers, has provided the following images and video to accompany her 4/19/2024 interview with Connie Willis. Kruse said the images are still images from a video, "of a water spirit shot in the water on my reservation." Kruse explained that she is "an enrolled tribal member at Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians in Northern Minnesota."
"As far as I understand it, they are non-human entities who have throughout time given help to humans," she claimed. "My Native elder told me that they are connected to my family and he always knew they would come to me. This was not the first time it came to me, but it was the first time it told me to point my camera and video it."
