In a bizarre story out of Bolivia, a woman believes that her late father transformed into a goblin who visited her in a dream. According to a local media report, at the center of the rather fantastic tale is a nursing student named Valeria. The young woman claims that the spirit of her dad visited her in a dream and, during the ethereal encounter, instructed her to create a goblin doll that resembled him. Dutifully complying with the strange request, Valeria marveled that the completed figurine seemingly became inhabited by the spirit of her father as it "reflects to me the same energy my dad had."
Concluding that her late father had somehow become a goblin upon his death, the nursing student says that he subsequently told her to craft similar dolls, providing detailed instructions on their clothing and appearance. Additionally, she says that her dad also revealed a place in a forest where she could bring her figurines to be imbued with mystical energy that he could bestow upon them. To that end, those who have purchased her dolls assert that the faux goblins possess paranormal powers that provide healing and protection.
Since gaining some notoriety for her unusual and possibly supernatural creations, Valeria's residence has come to be known as the 'house of the goblin.' As one might imagine, the home has drawn an array of visitors, from those simply wishing to celebrate the elemental beings to Bolivian paranormal researchers looking to investigate the peculiar situation. Though the nursing student's story sounds understandably unfathomable, a recent television segment detailing her incredible account (seen above) suggests that, at the very least, she and her clients truly believe the very weird tale.
