A fairground in Ohio is now home to an enormous Bigfoot sculpture that was recently constructed at the site. According to a local media report, the Mercer County Fairgrounds in the city of Celina enlisted Indiana-based wood carving company Bear Hollow to build the 30-foot-tall faux Sasquatch as part of a four-day-long festival that culminated with Monday's eclipse. Beginning on Saturday, a team of chainsaw-wielding artisans skillfully crafted the sizeable 'creature,' which boasts a head weighing a whopping 600 to 700 pounds, a 'fur' covered body, and, of course, giant feet. Completed shortly after the eclipse, the giant sculpture will be a permanent fixture at the fairgrounds where residents hope it will serve as a tourist attraction for the community.
