A tourist taking a selfie in Mexico inadvertently captured a curious anomaly that appears to be a flying saucer hovering on the horizon in the background. The peculiar photograph (seen in the video above) was reportedly taken last month by Ramiro Navarro during a visit to the picturesque Dunes of Bilbao in the state of Coahuila. After returning from the trip, he sent some of his pictures to a friend, who noticed a dark saucer-shaped object in the sky behind him. Navarro subsequently posted the puzzling photo on Twitter and joked that the aliens in the suspected UFO "saw me but did not take me."
The tourist's strange selfie understandably garnered considerable interest online and, while speaking to a Mexican media outlet about his viral photo, Navarro indicated that he had taken multiple pictures while visiting the sand dunes, but only this particular image featured the mysterious object. As for what the anomaly could have been, some observers online have suggested that the tourist could have accidentally captured an alien craft cruising through the sky, while skeptical individuals put forward more prosaic explanations such as a bird or a drone.
