A wild viral video from Brazil shows the moment when a bizarre brawl erupted between performers dressed as Spider-Man, Black Panther, and Super Mario. The wild scene reportedly unfolded this past weekend at a fair in the community of Teresópolis. At the event were a pair of small trains featuring people dressed as various cartoon characters and superheros. Though the two attractions are owned by competing companies, they managed to peacefully coexist at the fair until something enraged a performer dressed as Spider-Man. In the video, which has spread like wildfire on Brazilian social media, the faux web-slinger can be seen starting a fight with a person dressed as Black Panther and the situation only got weirder from there.
As the two 'superheroes' were exchanging punches, a man in a Super Mario costume got between them to stop the fisticuffs. Alas, 'Spider-Man' would have none of it and, clearly resenting the iconic video game character's attempt at making peace, began fighting him instead. The altercation got so heated that the man in the Mario costume went so far as to remove his head, which one imagines is rather taboo in the world of cosplaying. While the two characters squared off, a veritable Justice League of other performers swarmed the pair and finally managed to put an end to the melee. The participants in the brawl were subsequently taken into police custody with 'Spider-Man' getting the worst of the fight as he suffered a broken nose during the brawl.
