A peculiar piece of footage from Finland shows a veritable flotilla of flickering UFOs floating through the sky over a city. The weird scene, featured above, was filmed last month in the community of Tampere by a witness who subsequently reported the sighting to the Finnish UFO Research Association. The individual who observed the curious cluster of flashing objects observed that they appeared to be "swirling" in the sky for "several minutes" near a storm cloud. Beyond that, the witness offered little in the way of insight into the weird event, though thankfully they dutifully reported it to researchers.
As for what the puzzling objects could have been, setting aside the extraterrestrial hypothesis, some have suggested that the flickering orbs could be meteorological in nature or, in a similar vein, debris picked up by the passing storm. Another prosaic possibility proposed by viewers is that the anomalies could be radar chaff. That said, as of now, the nature of the strange flashing objects remains a mystery.
