A bizarre video out of the Philippines shows what appears to be a pair of ghostly disembodied feet that are visible beneath a hospital bed around which no one is standing. The very odd footage was reportedly posted to Facebook earlier this week by a local media outlet that unfortunately did not indicate who filmed the eerie scene or where exactly it unfolded. In the video, the person behind the camera first films across the room to show that all of the hospital beds beside them are unoccupied. When they dip below their own bed, however, one can see a pair of bare feet seemingly standing next to one of the empty gurneys. The presumed patient then quickly pulls their camera up to see who the person is and finds that they are the only one in the room.
Since being shared online just a few days ago, the video has gone viral on social media in the Philippines with the original post amassing a staggering 1.4 million views. As one might imagine, opinions on the footage are largely split with some suggesting that the person filmed a ghostly presence that was in the room with them at the time. More skeptical observers, however, argue that the video is a hoax likely orchestrate with some help of a fast-moving cohort who dashed out of the shot shortly after their feet were filmed.
