A New Jersey couple found themselves with a broken windshield and a weird mystery on their hands after a sizeable fish inexplicably plummeted from the sky onto their Tesla. According to a local media report, the odd incident occurred this past Sunday in the community of Atlantic Highlands. Cynthia and Jeff Levine were suddenly alerted to the weirdness when the alarm on their Tesla suddenly erupted. "It went crazy honking," Cynthia recalled, "which we had never heard." When the couple went out to their car to see what was the matter, they came upon a curious sight.
Not only was the windshield of their Tesla smashed, but there was some rather strange residue left behind. "It looks like fish scales and blood," Cynthia recounted marveling at Jeff. Indeed, when they later checked a video from the vehicle, they saw that a fairly big fish had mysteriously fallen onto their car. Although they initially suspected that perhaps they had fallen victim to some kind of pescatarian prankster, the Levines later concluded that the culprit was probably an eagle that nests in their backyard.
