A normally routine morning walk with his dog took a baffling turn for a British man who spotted and subsequently filmed an odd 'tic tac' UFO moving across the sky. According to a local media report, the strange sighting occurred earlier this month as George Townsley and his coonhound Cody were out for a stroll on the picturesque Woody Island. While the pair frequently walk at the location, this particular visit proved to be rather wondrous when the dog owner noticed that a glowing object had suddenly appeared overhead.
"It was there in the sky for over three minutes and it came zooming in, I’ve never seen anything like it," he marveled, "it was so bright and looked bigger than an aircraft."To that end, the curious witness dutifully checked a plane traffic app on his phone to see if the oddity might have been a plane of some kind, but found that "there was nothing in the area around the time of the incident." The bewildered Townsley observed that the peculiar object seemingly made no noise nor left behind any trail in the sky.
Fortunately, he managed to capture some of the sighting with his cell phone (see video below) and indicated that "when I zoomed in, it looked nothing like an airplane, helicopter or drone.” Flummoxed by the mysterious nature of the odd object, Townsley shared the footage online as well as with some UFO researchers, who noted that the anomaly bears a striking resemblance to the 'tic tac' UAPs reported by US Navy pilots.
