A puzzling piece of home security footage from Texas shows a mysterious bipedal figure scurrying across a driveway before disappearing into the night. The very weird scene reportedly unfolded earlier this month outside the residence of Victoria Alvarez, who lives in the community of La Union. Bewildered by what the camera overlooking her carport had filmed, she subsequently shared the video with a local TV station in the hopes of deciphering who or what the odd interloper might have been.
Observers online have offered a variety of theories for the nature of the mysterious figure with some suggesting that the bipedal being could be alien in nature. Others have likened the entity to the enigmatic 'dog man' that was photographed outside the Amarillo Zoo a few weeks ago and wound up becoming something of a viral sensation. More skeptical-minded viewers, however, have argued that the 'alien' was probably just a would-be thief checking for unlocked car doors in Alvarez's neighborhood, which would explain their hasty exit from the scene.
