Glastenbury, a tiny mountain town in southwestern Vermont, has reportedly been known as the epicenter of unexplainable disappearances for decades now. In the late 1940s, five people in and around Glastonbury --four adults and an eight-year-old boy-- disappeared without warning, all but one without a trace. The region's alarming history led to its nickname: the Bennington Triangle, where witnesses have also observed phenomena including UFO activity and even sightings of a Bigfoot-like creature, making the area a hotbed of high strangeness.
