Cheryl Chumley is an author, commentary writer, and the online opinion editor for The Washington Times, where she writes daily on culture and politics from a Christian, conservative perspective, and where she also hosts a twice-weekly podcast, “Bold and Blunt.” She is also a licensed private investigator and principal of Chumley Investigations in Virginia. She’s an award-winning journalist with decades of experience covering everything from small-town courts and cops to United Nations’ policies and agendas.
Chumly is an in-demand public speaker and frequent media guest for national radio and television programs; she’s a Robert Novak journalism fellow with The Fund for American Studies; and she’s an active Army veteran, living in Northern Virginia with her husband and currently, two of their four children. She also serves on the board of Just Ask Prevention, a non-profit dedicated to educating about the truths of sex trafficking.
