Matthew Dominguez joined the Farm Animal Protection campaign as its public policy manager in July 2011, working to expand the number and breadth of laws that protect farm animals from cruelty and to prevent the passage of laws harmful to farm animals. Dominguez specializes in anti-whistleblower ("ag-gag") and anti-confinement legislation. Dominguez and his work have been covered by the New York Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe, and numerous other print, broadcast, and online news sources. Dominguez earned his B.A. from California State University, Sacramento, and he recieved his Juris Doctor degree with an emphasis in Animal Law from Lewis and Clark Law School.
