Dr. Robin Harger has published widely across the fields of ecology, environmental assessment, global warming, and the theory and practice of environmental activism. He joined with UNESCO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) spending fourteen years in their Jakarta, Indonesia Office before retiring as a Director of The International Oceanographic Commission (IOC) in 1999. It was while Dr. Harger was stationed in Paris, France that he also collaborated back and forth with Brazilian Prof. Arysio Nunes dos Santos, with regards to his theories and seminal discoveries on "The Lost Continent of Atlantis."
