Oklahoma Representative Charles Key, the author of Oklahoma's HJR 1003, dubbed the "Tenth Amendment Resolution", calls on the federal government to follow the U.S. Constitution and stop infringing on the rights of the State of Oklahoma. Key, of Oklahoma City, said he filed House Joint Resolution 1003 because many federal laws violate the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which states the powers not delegated to the federal government "are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."
