In the first half, economist Chuck Coppes argued that the enormous bailouts, growing debt, and lingering unemployment will have catastrophic consequences for the US economy, and how there is a growing consensus that we are drawing dangerously close to a financial reckoning day. Through one of the coronavirus stimulus bills, some employees are making more money staying home than going to work, he reported, and with an additional bill that the US Congress passed, we are talking about trillions of dollars. This, he declared, "is taxation without representation," massively adding to the public debt.
Further, "the pandemic has...exposed the bubble economy that was inflated by the Fed and central banks already," he remarked, adding that this "black swan" event has burst things open, and he does not see any "V-shaped recovery down the road." There is a disconnect between the recovered stock market and the economic depression of 'Main Street,' which he attributed to a failure of "crony capitalism," in which those at the top 10% own 90% of the assets. In these uncertain financial times, Coppes advocated investing in precious metals, particularly silver, which he believes is currently undervalued.

Mark Anthony, the "Psychic Lawyer," is a medium who specializes in communication with spirits and sharing their revealing insights. In the latter half, he detailed some of his intriguing encounters and observations, and updated his work on haunted real estate. The legal system and the paranormal can collide in real estate, he noted. More than twenty states have "stigma disclosure statutes," and some specifically cite paranormal and supernatural activity. Haunted properties can have increased value, where they can be transformed into B&B's and tourist attractions, such as the Lizzie Borden house.
Other properties that have eerie reputations are harder to move, and often sell at reduced prices if at all, he pointed out. The Whispers Estate in Indiana (built in the Victorian era) is currently for sale. A number of children tragically died there, he said, from things like pneumonia, and "people who stay there say they wake up in the middle of the night, gasping and choking as if they're mimicking the symptoms" of the kids who died. Anthony also talked about near-death experiences, as well as shared-death experiences, in which people have witnessed a transparent replica of the dying person leaving their body. During the last hour, he offered readings to callers, relating messages from their departed loved ones.
