In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach shared alternative health approaches and the benefits of remedies and supplements that aid in the body's recovery from many diseases and ailments. Regarding COVID-19, he concurred with the advice of social distancing and mask-wearing, yet suggested the root cause of illness from the virus stems from people's compromised immune systems and preexisting conditions brought on by nutritional deficiencies. The lack of available nutrients in the body is caused by eating gluten for decades, as this damages the intestines, he contended. He added that nutrients are needed for bone marrow to make white blood cells and antibodies that combat viruses.
Speaking of nutritional deficiencies, he reported that sudden infant death syndrome was greatly curbed in certain states after selenium was added to baby formula. Obesity is also connected with a mineral deficiency, he continued. Wallach warned about medical errors, such as when a patient goes into the hospital-- a recent study found that it's the third-largest cause of death in America. This Friday, he offers his free Zoom "Ask Doc Live" weekly event, starting at 8am PT/11am ET.

In the latter half, clinical psychologist with a deep interest in psychokinesis (PK), Joseph Gallenberger, discussed his work using mind power to move physical objects and how we can use our psychic energy to affect and change our realities. While his Las Vegas workshops (where participants attempt to use PK to influence the outcome of dice rolls and slot machines in casinos) have been on hold during COVID, he has been focusing more on online training and sessions. He recently helped the Monroe Institute make a successful transition to online programs, including for their Mc Squared virtual retreat that delves into influencing physical matter through focus, intention, and manifestation (Monroe also offers free online meditations).
Gallenberger differentiated PK from manifestation. PK is a much faster process that, if used on a slot machine, could be compared to statistics to see if it was working, whereas a manifestation, for say, finding a soulmate might take months to see through and is a more indirect process. He has found that maintaining a certain level of positivity helps improve luck and desired outcomes. Being happy, grateful for what you have, and generous to others, he said, creates an attitude of abundance for everyone. He shared an insight from the book "The Selection Effect" by Herb Mertz: when working with PK or manifesting, if a person is both afraid of further success and failure at the same time, this can block the process. Fear in general disrupts our psychic gifts, Gallenberger added.
