In the first half, author and researcher Steve Quayle shared mysterious accounts of Antarctica and how they may tie into the alien/UFO disclosure movement. The frozen southern continent has as much land mass as North America and Mexico combined, he pointed out, but what's hidden under the ice is where the secrets lie. According to alleged diary entries of explorer Admiral Richard Byrd, who flew toward the South Pole in 1947, "he said he was flying over vast fields of ice when all of a sudden he started seeing tropical forests," Quayle recalled. Then, through his binoculars, he claimed to see "living woolly mammoths." These encounters were considered classified, and Byrd was said to be hushed up after a military debriefing upon his return. Quayle contends that Byrd admitted seeing "Lord Lucifer, the king of the world," in Antarctica.
Escaped Nazi forces were said to build a submarine base in Antarctica, and Quayle believes there is a Nazi empire beneath the ice, including ancient relics and modern cities. Further, there is a base for a "huge mothership" which flies in and out of the continent, he remarked, adding that there is also an alien power source located there that fuels various stargates or portals around the planet. Recounting a purported Byrd statement, he said "we're up against a technology that we don't understand that can go pole-to-pole in a matter of minutes." Quayle envisions an epic battle of good vs. evil being played out on the Antarctic continent, and that the public will be amazed when they find out what exists both on and below the surface there.

Layne Dalfen founded The Dream Interpretation Center in Montreal in 1997. Her interest in dreams stems from her early experience in Freudian analysis where dream work was the primary tool. In the latter half, she shared how to uncover the solutions to current issues and problems, which she believes appear in our dreams every night. A dream is simply a conversation that you're having with yourself, she explained, and "when we go to sleep at night, the unconscious mind prioritizes," often dealing with the one thing that is troubling you most.
She listed six points of entry that anyone can use to decipher what situation in their life triggered a current dream. These include plot, feelings, repetition, symbols, action, and puns (play on words). Each person has their own valid interpretation to their dream, she added, as everyone has unique memories and experiences that inform the meaning. In a case of using a symbol to reveal a specific issue, she cited a dream of one of her clients, who described a teacher handing out ballots to everyone but her. Through free association, the client said a ballot represents "my voice, my choice." It turned out she was keeping secret her renewed relationship with an ex-boyfriend, and was feeling that her voice was not being heard.
