Mark Biltz, founder of El Shaddai Ministries in Washington state, is a commentator on biblical prophecy. In the first half, he shared his belief that the human race is dangerously close to the apocalyptic era prophesied in the Bible; among the signs he cited were escalations in mass shootings, food shortages, and the lack of religious belief among the younger generations. The end scenario, Biltz went on, is predicted in Revelation: up to half the world's population wiped out. In contrast to similar apocalyptic claims made in generations past, he explained, his prediction is based on the correct calendar described in the Bible. "I honestly think that the Apocalypse could start this fall," Biltz asserted.
These catastrophic developments are the culmination of natural and historical cycles that have determined the course of human events since our creation, continued Biltz. Phases of the moon, solar eclipses, and seven-, fifty-, and thousand-year periods of prosperity or turmoil are all intertwined in an all-powerful system that fulfills God's plan found in scripture.

In the second half, cryptozoologist Ken Gerhard, who has traveled around the world searching for evidence of mysterious animals, talked about his latest research. Although the most recent claim of the discovery of a Bigfoot skull was found to be false, he noted, a small number of experiencers believe the creature to be more dimensional and supernatural than physical. There are many more reports, particularly in the northwestern US and Western Canada, that describe Bigfoot to be a purely natural species. Similarly, witness accounts depict the thunderbird as either a reptilian pterodactyl-like creature or a giant version of modern feathered birds.
Other recent news about cryptids includes 2022 sightings of the Loch Ness monster, and claims of a dogman-like creature at a Texas zoo. Reports of dogman, in fact, have grown exponentially over the past few years, related Gerhard. A common characteristic of the creature is that it is known to be significantly aggressive, making it dangerous to encounter. He concluded that the damage caused by dogman to cars and buildings, and even injury to humans, suggests that the species may be more supernatural than merely a newly discovered animal.
