Ann Fishman is president of Generational Targeted Marketing, LLC, a specialized marketing firm that provides insights into the trends of each of America's six generations. In the first half, she discussed the differences between these generations, as well as how historical cycles can be used to predict the future. She described the specific generations (which are each about 20 years apart) as the GI generation (born 1901-1924), the Silent Generation (1925-1942), Baby Boomers (1943-1960), Generation X (1961-1981), Millennials (1982-2000), and Gen Z (2001-2022). A generation, she explained, could be thought of as when a large group of people share historic events at the same time, such as how children of the Depression tend to be thrifty, and those who were young adults during the Viet Nam war often question authority.
Gen Z has been shaped by such things as 9-11, COVID, and school shootings, and this has made them into worriers, said Fishman, adding that they will seek out peaceful workplaces. She was enthusiastic about Generation X individuals becoming leaders, such as Elon Musk, Ron DeSantis, and Satya Nadella (Microsoft's CEO), and characterized them as people who can make tough decisions and get things done. Because they have spent so much time staring into their mobile devices, Millennials and Gen Z have more trouble reading people's facial and verbal cues, she said. Fishman also announced the name of the next generation that will be born soon-- Generation A or Generation Alpha. "They will be rebels with a cause. Baby Boomers were rebels without a cause," she remarked.

Renowned psychic/medium and author Matt Fraser has conducted thousands of readings around the world, reconnecting friends & family with the spirits of those who are no longer with us. In the latter half, he spoke about how he communicates with the spirit world, and what it's like in the afterlife. "The souls on the Other Side that I speak to, still have an appearance," looking like they did when alive but restored and without illness, he revealed. "Your loved ones aren't gone, they're right there with you, and they're closer to us now than they even were during life," he continued. Just before someone dies, departed loved ones come and greet the person and help with the transition of leaving the body, he said. The spirit then enters into a tunnel of pure white light, which removes negative emotions that will no longer be needed, he added.
There are also earthbound spirits-- souls that don't transcend, and they can be evil, Fraser said, noting that it's their choice to remain in this state. Interestingly, guardian angels and spirit guides choose which living people they want to watch over because they share a likeness with that individual, he explained. Further, we will meet our guides in the afterlife, and see a review of all the times they were by our side and helping us. During the last hour, he conducted readings with callers, relaying emotional messages from their departed loved ones.
