Felicia Searcy is an award-winning transformational coach, international speaker, author, and minister, who has helped thousands create a path for living their dream or desired life. In the first half, she shared a deeper understanding and application of the Law of Attraction and how it can help you beyond manifestation to achieve true freedom. She said we are powerful beings with the unlimited capacity to create, and if we want to be intentional about it, we should examine 'what would I love?' to do, to have, to give, in our lives. "It is the universal love presence that is actually communicating to you," in the form of your desired dream, she revealed.

Searcy related the Law of Attraction to a vibration that transmits to a field of energy, organized around the pattern we communicate based on our predominant thoughts and feelings. This defines our identity and how we see ourselves. As we begin to understand the power of consciously choosing what we see in our imagination, it can inform who our dream is asking us to become," she explained, adding that the purpose of one's dream or ultimate desire is to wake up to more of our magnificence. Your dream can grow you into a better person, and consequently, you can make more of a difference in the lives of others, she asserted.

Writer, publisher, and filmmaker Carl Abrahamsson has written about Anton LaVey and the Church of Satan. In the latter half, he discussed his more than 30 years of experiences in occulture and magical anthropology, exploring ancient and modern magical history to reveal the source magic that connects us all. He linked the idea of occulture (the role of magic and the occult in art and culture) to humans' survival instinct, such as first practiced by indigenous shamans who used hidden methods that we might consider as proto-science or psychology. He believes that by looking at speculative or forbidden occult methods, we might discover gems that can bring us to a healthier worldview or constructive approaches.

Historically, shamanic experiences and magical rituals have helped people acquire new information and wisdom, as well as tap into their intuition or transcend their normal mindset, he shared. Abrahamsson described his own evolution of magical practices as moving from a more ritual-centric process with various paraphernalia to a simpler meditative mind-focus. He also recalled his friendship with the late Anton LaVey, who founded the Church of Satan. Abrahamsson corresponded with LaVey, sent him his music, and eventually met him in San Francisco. He was a highly creative and entertaining figure, who was very interested in culture, and felt a strong affinity to dark romantic symbolism, Abrahamsson noted. More on LaVey in this previous recap.
