Best known as the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki is an entrepreneur, educator, and investor who believes that each of us has the power to make changes in our lives, and take control of our financial future. In the first half, he discussed the current state of the economy, the banking crisis, and how we can protect ourselves against poverty. He traced the recent collapse of the Silicon Valley Bank and other banks to the "fractional reserve," a financial practice in which, for every dollar a bank takes in, it can lend out ten. The Bank of Japan could be next to fail, he cautioned. He considers the bailing out of such banks a "moral hazard" in which the rich are protected at the cost of the poor and middle class.
The biggest crash will be in commercial real estate, he predicted, with REITs (real estate investment trusts) hit hard. A factor behind this is the continuation of people working from home or telecommuting, he noted. Regarding investment tips, he expressed concern about following monetary advisors, and mentioned the board game he developed, Cashflow, which helps people understand investing and discover their financial style. As far as precious metals, he recommended silver, as it's used in many industrial applications, even those related to "green" energy.

Occultist Dan Eckhart is a psychic medium and expert séance host. In the latter half, he talked about his work using occult technology and magick in banishings/entity clearings, and spirit removal from dwellings and individuals. Eckhart said he looks at such cases through the framework of the archetypal animus-- that anything has a spirit or essence about it, even ideas and beliefs. "Some entities have a direct relationship with a kind of Christian pantheon" and might respond to Catholic exorcism rites, yet others seem to come from outside of that, so Eckhart and his wife Kat (who works with him) make use of a wider array of techniques and rituals. This might include tools like a pendulum, which they use to communicate with and identify entities.
Other objects and tools they use include Florida Water (a banishing agent), grimoires, candles, statues and reliquaries, pieces of iron (like coffin nails), and glass bottles to bind a spirit or create a spirit trap. For those seeking to conduct their own spirit removal, he recommended burning Dragon's Blood incense, which can be effective even without a ritual or intention ceremony. He detailed a recent case in which a hostile entity was posing as a departed loved one in a home. The name of the loved one was found scrawled on a piece of paper, which they threw away, and then they saw smoke coming out of the trashcan. Eckhart shared that certain dates or astrological times may be better suited for spirit banishing. But, if a ritual is scheduled during a period of Mercury retrograde, for instance, he does advance work with the deity Hermes (associated with the planet Mercury and communication) to blunt the adverse effects of the planetary movement.
