In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach spoke about the human body and its ability to achieve natural healing. He highlighted the benefits of natural remedies that aid in the body's recovery from chronic conditions that plague many Americans. According to Wallach, both Parkinson's and Alzheimer's are caused by nutritional deficiencies and dietary choices. He pointed out that Filipinos have a much lower rate of Parkinson's and attributed this to their penchant for frequently eating leche flan, a dish that contains milk and egg yolks, which he suggested strengthens their brains.
He also described working with a professional basketball player who was told he needed double knee replacements. "In three months time, we rebuilt his knees" through nutritional supplements, and he went on to have a successful career in the sport for 11 more years without having to do the surgery, Wallach reported. He attributed a number of ailments, including waking up frequently at night to urinate, as being due to osteoporosis of the skull, which he believes afflicts many adults over 50, unaware they have the condition. Best known as the 'Radio Medium,' Laura Lee has been having paranormal and clairvoyant experiences since childhood. In the latter half, she discussed her work as a medium and the ways she makes contact with departed loved ones and guardian angels. She recounted how she had a serious eating disorder in her college years, which led to a near-death experience. During that, she encountered a ten ft. tall angel inside a vibrant light who telepathically communicated to her that she was perfect the way she was. "All that existed was her and I, and we were hovering in the universe, and stars were all around us," she said of the angelic interaction.
As a psychic medium, she is not in a trance state or channeling when she receives messages from the deceased or guardian angels but rather relays the information like in a telephone call, Lee explained. As to discerning whether you are genuinely communicating with departed loved ones, she said that the messages should be inspiring and empowering, and anything that's disempowering or harmful is not coming from a higher source. She sees her work as a medium like an alternative grief therapist, helping individuals move forward and live their lives. Everyone has guardian angels with them, and some have more than others, as you can attract additional ones into your life, Lee revealed. During the last hour, she gave readings for callers, sharing impressions from their departed loved ones.
