In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach discussed the human body and its ability to achieve healing through natural remedies that aid in the body's recovery from chronic conditions. He announced he is finishing up a new book that deals with metabolic syndrome (related conditions said to increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes). According to Wallach, rather than a genetic problem, he attributes the syndrome to nutritional deficiencies and not avoiding the "bad stuff," which he listed as fried foods, processed meat, oils, gluten soy, wheat, barley, rye, oats, buckwheat, sugar, and carbonated drinks. Carbonation, he explained, interferes with the creation of stomach acid, which is needed to properly absorb minerals and digest food.
He recalled his efforts in helping eliminate Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, which he said was due to a deficiency of the mineral selenium in infants' diets (the supplement is now added to baby formulas). He also attributed a number of ailments, including tinnitus and atrial fibrillation, to osteoporosis of the skull and noted that each of the 12 pairs of cranial nerves may be associated with different symptoms. To fend off bugs and infections, he recommended using colloidal silver drops placed under the tongue ten minutes before meals.

Spiritual teacher, psychic medium, and channeler Antonio Arilo says he works with various ETs who are guiding humanity into a higher timeline, and he also conducts malevolent entity removal. In the latter half, he spoke about the origins of the Archons and the Dracos, and the technology they employ to control, manipulate, and impair humans' ability to discern the truth. According to Arilo, Archons are cybernetic beings that can take on various forms, including humans, birds, and felines, and they are a mix of biological and mechanical elements. And while they have some autonomy, they are ultimately controlled or programmed by their "higher artificial intelligence masters."
The Dracos, who have been working in tandem with the Archons, have their own planetary system, he said, and a faction of them, the Draco Reptilians, are actually serving to help humanity, yet many of the others we would perceive as evil. The Dracos have the appearance of humanoid dragons, and he discovered that they were using AI and biotech so that the females of their species could give birth to larger numbers of offspring, such as five to seven babies at one time. Arilo warned that individuals are being implanted with stealthy Archon technology, like tiny nanites in the bloodstream and different cybernetic elements that he believes can induce health problems and specific thought patterns. The goal of the Archons, he added, is to get all sentient beings to turn away from the natural order of things in order to convert them into pawns of AI.
