In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach discussed the human body and its ability to achieve natural healing through remedies and supplements that aid in the body's recovery from chronic conditions that plague Americans today. He emphasized nutrition's critical role in health, noting that many medical professionals overlook the importance of essential minerals. He also highlighted the historical context of nutrition, referencing biblical texts about lands rich in minerals, which he believes contributed to longer lifespans. Wallach criticized the reliance on pharmaceuticals, asserting that most medical issues result from nutritional deficiencies. He underscored the alarming statistic that one-third of American adults suffer from metabolic syndrome, conditions that he believes can be remedied through proper nutrition.
He also pointed out the disparity in health outcomes between different populations, such as the Hunza people who live in a remote valley in Pakistan and live significantly longer lives without modern medical intervention. Addressing conditions like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, Wallach claimed that a program of supplementation and avoiding the wrong foods can reverse such diseases in a matter of weeks. He mentioned that it's best not to eat peanuts, as they are grown in the ground and susceptible to the fungus aspergillus and its toxin aflatoxin. Wallach also spoke about the development of a glucosamine gel for joint health, which helped a professional basketball player recover from bone issues. In the latter half, spiritual teacher, psychic healer, Greek pagan priest, and the creator of Intuition Mastery School, George Lizos, talked about universal laws, and how to tap into your energetic field and make manifestation more effective. It's beneficial to align desires with one's soul purpose rather than ego-driven goals, he indicated, as he shared the ancient Greek perspective on manifestation, noting that it encompasses more than just the popular law of attraction. Lizos introduced seven universal laws that guide manifestation, beginning with the law of mentalism, which asserts that with "every desire to manifest anything, we need to start with an intention [or] mental image." Another law concerns vibration (similar to the law of attraction)-- when "we match our vibrational frequency... we draw that into our life," he explained.
Lizos described the law of polarity: "Whatever it is we're feeling, whatever it is we're experiencing, we automatically have access to its opposite, whether it's a positive opposite or a negative opposite." There is also the universal law of rhythm, which "teaches that everything flows out and in. Everything has its time. All things rise and fall." He touched on how "negative thoughts and negative emotions... lower our vibrational frequency," and this can hinder the manifestation process. However, he cautioned against "toxic positivity," stating that ignoring negative feelings "and pretending that all is well... is not helping either." Instead, he advocates for addressing and transforming these negative feelings through practices like Integral Eye Movement Therapy and journaling.
