During hours 3 and 4, Art is joined by remarkable heart and lung transplant recipient, Claire Sylvia, who started having the food cravings of a young man after she received the new organs. The first place she went, once she was able to drive again, was to KFC, to get some chicken nuggets – it turned out her organ donor had a bag of chicken nuggets in his jacket, when he died!
She felt as if she was in communication with his soul, once the organs were inside of her. And, remarkably, Sylvia dreamed the name of her donor months after the transplant. She was able to get in contact with the man's family and befriend them. She further chronicled her experiences in her memoir, A Change of Heart.
