Martian Ruins & Anomalies

Author and researcher Richard C. Hoagland spoke about the controversies surrounding the apparent "Face on Mars" in the Cydonia region. He began with a discussion of widespread and intense press coverage of his research and an imminent release of new images of the region from NASA. He speculated that the photos might be doctored if they showed any further evidence of artificial structures. In the second segment, he read a story about possible evidence of an ancient civilization on the Red Planet, and recounted the "giggle into the phone" responses the writer had experienced from NASA and JPL scientists.

Hoagland stated that scientists and the public would eventually come to a realization of the truth of the discoveries that he and others had made when fear of change is overcome. He then speculated that Clinton Deputy White House Counsel Vince Foster was murdered because the president asked too many questions about the JFK assassination and the truth about UFOs and ETs. He suggested that the public and allied politicians needed to use another process to get to the truth because of what he saw as unaccountable elements in the government.

With regards to a full release of what he saw as suppressed information about ruins on Mars, Hoagland lamented that "none of the honest people are minding the store" and there is no oversight. During the last 2 hours, he took questions from listeners. The first hour featured news and then Open Lines. Since the program was broadcast partially on April 1st, Art read a faux instruction manual on how to make a home-built atomic bomb.
