Major Ed Dames described remote viewing (RV) theories and his training practices for those who want to learn the skill. Based on his RV work with his colleagues and students, he claimed that the universe is "teeming with life" and that extraterrestrial "progenitors" left an artifact on the Earth millennia ago to be discovered by humans when our civilization was advanced enough. He admitted that the cattle mutilation phenomenon "has stumped us" as remote viewers, but they had sensed a "solid craft" that was specifically designed to abduct and mutilate cattle. Dames noted they looked at the message from the intelligence behind the phenomenon and said it was designed to remind humans that they have no respect for life.
He also made predictions about objects like asteroids and comets approaching or colliding with Earth in the "next decade or two" and that we would have only a three-month warning. Additionally, he warned about dangers with the food supply, specifically "a microbial toxin" in dairy products, which Dames said was more widespread than reported.
He also had viewed a terrorist cell "on the loose" in the United States that was planning to destroy a power plant. He touched on his ongoing cases to find missing persons and his project to remote view Satan. Later in the show, Dames claimed (and Art confirmed) that he apparently slowed down a clock in the studio by asking the audience to concentrate, and it continued to slow down throughout the show. In the last hour, Dames took questions from listeners. The first hour featured news and Open Lines.
