Recorded from the Roswell UFO Festival on the 50th anniversary of the Roswell incident, Art discussed a press conference about tests with supposed crash debris that indicated that the downed vehicle was not from Earth. Linda Moulton Howe joined him to report on apparent crash debris given to Art (nicknamed "Art's Parts") and how the material could not be reproduced. She said the magnesium/bismuth sample contained "60 times more magnesium ions" than a control sample of the same metal. Howe said that this was physically impossible with earthly technology. She also reported that some of the samples may "relate to electro-gravitic material."
Famed UFO abduction researcher Budd Hopkins joined the conversation for the second hour and said he had concluded from his research with abductees and other sources that a non-human intelligence has been present on this planet for a long time. Hopkins commented that the Betty and Barney Hill case was "not the first abduction," but it was the first one that brought the issue to public attention. As an example of an earlier case, he shared a 1920s incident concerning a 7-year-old girl in a small town near New York City. She recalled something that looked like a huge metal balloon. Small figures floated down from this object, "staring at her with big eyes." The witness, then in her 80s, told Hopkins she had no real knowledge of UFOs or the abduction phenomenon.
Hopkins also touched on his new book, "Witnessed," about a woman (who has since been identified as Linda Napolitano) who was seen floating out of her high-rise NYC apartment along with alien beings, an event allegedly witnessed by five other people. The second half of the program featured Open Lines, where Art opened a line for people in Roswell who were at the festival.
