Author and researcher Richard C. Hoagland began this full episode with a Mir space station update, and reported that the US was "quietly manufacturing" replacement parts for its oxygen system. He discussed the ozone layer and possible ways to replenish it with orbiting "ultraviolet lasers." Then, it was on to antigravity research, which Hoagland claimed would eliminate the vast amounts of pollution that is released every time a solid-fuel rocket is launched. Art and his guest moved into a discussion of psychokinesis and human levitation, and its relationship to issues such as hyperdimensional physics, and how our current laws of physics may have been derived from incomplete theories about nature and the universe.
Hoagland said that the comet Hale-Bopp was "sent precisely and deliberately,"and went on to claim that the famed "Majestic 12" group's code name "MAJIC" was no coincidence, and was connected to secret societies that have been involved with the occult for centuries. These groups, Hoagland suggested, are keeping the truth about space and anything related to it from public view.
He also made comparisons between ancient Egyptian monuments and mythology and modern celestial events to bolster his theory that these alignments were foreseen and were being used by secret societies to decode past and future planetary catastrophes.
