Parapsychologist Dr. Dean Radin appears during hours 2-4. He is Senior Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, in Petaluma, California. For over 20 years he has conducted research on exceptional aspects of human consciousness, including psychic phenomena. He also spent a year on what is now known as the CIA's Stargate program, a formerly secret government project investigating psychic phenomena. Radin discusses how all objects are connected at some level – but the interconnection extends into the realm of mind, which has been demonstrated in the Global Consciousness Project, which uses random number generators.

He talks about his work with Stargate, some of which remains classified. The idea of levitation is also addressed, and how successful experiments have shown a modulation of noise – somehow the noise is being pushed around. Art brings up the many consciousness experiments he's conducted live on the air but how he stopped the practice after concern that there could be unforeseen consequences, and Radin weighs in on this intriguing issue.

In the first hour, Art reads a fax from Gene Devito about a strange sighting a man had of weird lights in the sky. The lights hovered for long periods of times, then faded, then reappeared sometime later on the opposite part of the sky. Art thinks it looks a bit like the Phoenix lights, and brings Gene on to discuss the UFO sighting. Open Lines are also featured.
