Randall Bell has a Ph.D., in Human Organizational Systems and an MBA from UCLA. He has worked for 25 years consulting on tragedies around the world, including the 9/11 World Trade Center attack, the Bikini Atoll nuclear testing disaster, the Heaven's Gate mass suicides, and the OJ Simpson case.
