Dr. Jerald J. Block is a psychiatrist at Oregon Health and Science University, specializing in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. Jerald estimates that up to nine million Americans may be at risk from what he calls "pathological computer use" and says that that he owns a patent on technology that can be used to restrict computer access.
