John Erb

John Erb

Biography:

John Erb was a research assistant for the Department of Psychology at the University of Waterloo. He was inspired by his parents' volunteer work in countries such as Guyana, Belize (Bah-Leeze) and Papua New Guinea and entered into the field of human services. For fifteen years he worked as a counselor and advocate for people with mental disabilities, specializing in Autism. When his wife Michelle discovered that their daughter had been poisoned by the fluoride promoted by their dentist, they began the research that resulted in the publishing of their book 'The Slow Poisoning of America'. John's theory and supporting research, that the food additive Monosodium Glutamate is a direct cause of Obesity, Diabetes, Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, is making waves in both the scientific community, and in the grocery stores and restaurants of the nation.
