Award-winning British comic book artist and writer, Dave Gibbons, is best known for his collaborations with writer Alan Moore, which include the best-selling Watchmen, one of the best selling graphic novels of all time (and chosen by Time magazine as one of the "all-time" top 100 novels) and the Superman story "For the Man Who Has Everything". He also was an artist for UK anthology 2000AD, for which he contributed a large body of work from its first issue in 1977. His artwork has graced the pages of DC Comics' Green Lantern Corps series and the UK's Doctor Who Annuals among many, many others. His latest book, Watching the Watchmen details the creation of the Watchman series and includes many never-before-seen pieces of artwork.
