Douglas Horne

Biography:

Douglas Horne graduated Cum Laude from Ohio State University in 1974 with a B.A. in History. He worked for the Navy for 20 years in various capacities prior to assuming his position on the staff of the Assassination Records Review Board in 1995. Doug served on active duty in the Navy as a junior officer for ten years, achieving professional qualification as a Surface Warfare Officer in 1976. He now works for the State Department.
