Biography:

Linda Yael Schiller is a body, mind, and spiritual psychotherapist, author, consultant, and international speaker. She has been working in the fields of dreamwork and trauma treatment for 40 years. Trained in several integrated trauma treatment modalities, she teaches and consults on trauma treatment, PTSD, and nightmares. Her original work on understanding layers of a dream through a Kaballah-based approach, and her nightmare protocol of the GAIA method (Guided Active Imagination Approach) are articulated in her new book. 

Linda also developed an original theory on relational group work as a professor at Boston University, and has been featured on multiple podcasts and radio shows. She is a dancer, loves traveling and historical novels, and science fantasy. Born in Buffalo, New York, she lived in Israel for 5 years and then moved to Boston, MA where she resides with her husband, daughter, and 2 cats. She loves to spend time outdoors hiking, gardening, and swimming.
