Biography:

Joe Montaldo is Founder and National Director of I.C.A.R., International Community for Alien Research. ICAR has close to 7000 abduction cases on file. Mr. Montaldo has been a researcher/investigator of alien contact, abductions and experiencers for over 20 years. He is owner of Paranormal Radio and the Host of Wake Up USA, a UFO study talk show. He is also a Board Member, representing Contactees, for Dr. Michael Salla's Exopolitics Institute.
