Biography:

Elwood Woody Norris is widely recognized as a prolific inventor and a talented technology integrator. In 1956 he joined the U.S. Air Force and was trained as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist and took electronics courses at the University of New Mexico. After his honorable discharge in 1959, Mr. Norris began employment at the University of Washington where he became director of the Engineering Experiment Station for the campus. Woody holds 47 U.S. patents and more than 100 patents worldwide. He is the Chairman of American Technology Corporation in Poway, CA and he just won the Inventors "Nobel Prize" for his HyperSonic Sound System, the $500,000 annual Lemelson-MIT Prize, an award coveted by inventors. Woody also invented a flying car that works, is simple to fly, will soon be available to the public, and will now be affordable!
