Master ghost hunter Brad Steiger paid a pre-Halloween visit on Thursday night, sharing tales of hauntings and apparitions. "The unseen world is very near," said Steiger, who added that he believes ghosts are all around us.
As a child, Steiger said he had ghostly visitations from two stern figures, which he later realized upon seeing photos, were his great grandparents. "The supernatural is simply the natural we don't understand," he commented. Steiger advised using basic "protection mechanisms" when entering a haunted place that has had a past history of violence. These included prayer, visualizing being surrounded in white light and asking for a blessing.
One such disturbing location where Steiger said he "almost lost it," was a home where reoccurring murders had taken place. There were accounts of "blood flowing out of faucets," and dark entities seen moving around the rooms, he reported.
