  • About the show

Guest host Hilly Rose welcomed Crystal Skull explorers Joshua & Desy Shapiro who shared the latest news about the mysterious objects, which are made out of various types of quartz crystals. Such crystals have the ability to transmit and receive energies, and when made into the shape of a human skull they can enhance healing, and sometimes foster the ability to tap into other dimensions and frequencies, Joshua explained.

He specified three types of Crystal Skulls:

    • Ancient--"dating back at least 2,000 years and possibly far older (Crystal Skulls cannot be carbon dated). There is an unsurpassed amount of energy surrounding these skulls. (A legend has it that 13 ancient Crystal Skulls will be brought together in the year 2012 to help bring on a new Golden Age)
    • Old-- These skulls can be up to 1,500 years old and are usually Mesoamerican in origin.
    • New-- Many new skulls are currently being carved in such countries as Brazil, China and Germany.

The Skulls may need to be "activated" in order to bring out their unusual communication properties and this might be accomplished by polishing or rubbing on them, Desi said. The internal appearance of the crystal may change over time to reflect the activity of the caretaker, Joshua added.Desi also shared her mystical experiences with a Crystal Skull in Peru. She described a meditation in which a huge light beam of energy came through the top part of her head and transmitted information to her. "I believe the greatest call of the Crystal Skull is to help the person or caretaker to release all the shadow energies or hurt feelings, and to become more whole," she said.
